What is a credible package? From Banda Chelva Agreement to recent CFA, all were abrogated by the Singhala extreemist. British should have thought of it before independance was give to then Ceylon. This was the mistake then British made when Ponambalam was asking for resonable right to Thamils

Bristish, could try India should allow the Tamil of Srilanka to have the solution to have long term peace, should not try to take revenge because LTTE does not lisen to them
